I have played millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of cash at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that chemin de fer appears to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 wager

Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager

Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80

Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 wager

If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
