I have bet on millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of bankroll at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $5 wager
Wager $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
