I have gambled on millions of hands of 21. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of money at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this tactic or beat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that 21 appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial one hundred and 60 dollar bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
